[BUG] Task Assignment Not Visible to Assignee

Customer Me Bettini reported an issue where tasks assigned to their secretary, Maila Ciullo, are not visible to the assignee. The customer specified that the tasks are created with "private" visibility, intended only for the assignee and not for other organization members. Despite being assigned, Maila Ciullo is unable to locate these tasks within her Whisperit account.

After duplicating the issue we see that.

1) Shared tasks do NOT become visible for the whole organisation

2) User wants to keep tasks private and have only the assignee to be able to look at the task
