Settings: Cannot create a layout from importing a docx. template

As a user, I want to import a .docx with {{p content}} as a layout, so I can use it.

Currently, I cannot save the layout - see error message below.

Workaround: I need first to save the blank layout (without importing the file), then go back and import the file).
