Importing .eml: document quickly disappears after being uploaded

The upload works really well for me, but there is one snag: when I drag an .eml file into the upload area, after the upload is complete, the document appears and then disappears from the list of uploaded documents.

So I have to convert the emails to PDF at this stage.

Please let me know when this is working properly.
