Incomplete Transcription: 11/30+ min audio with custom template

Customer reports that an audio file, over 30 minutes in length, was transcribed for only 11 minutes, resulting in significant missing content. The transcription was performed using the 'File -> Transcribe audio -> custom template' process, with settings to identify 2 speakers, light text edit, and add timestamps.
