Customer from SecureMind (Bartholomé) is experiencing a persistent connection error with the Whisperit SharePoint Connector. The 'Whisperit Sharepoint Connector' application is confirmed as activated in Azure Active Directory. However, connection attempts using both the Microsoft Admin account and Me Lorenzetti's admin account consistently fail. The customer also tested using 'Workspace Integrations' for SharePoint without success. It is noted that the Exchange email configuration for Whisperit passed successfully, which is considered unusual given the SharePoint issue. The problem appears to be specific to SecureMind's environment, as the connector functions for other clients. Customer requests follow-up via email at bartholome.raggi@securemind.ch.
